At Butyfulme we make every effort to reduce this by trying our best to use eco friendly packaging, and choosing a low carbon footprint means of shipping such as India Post as our first preference to ship.

Delivery- Orders placed with us will be delivered in excellent condition according to the time of delivery mentioned in the production description. We also help you track down your package just in case your consignment is delayed beyond reasonable time period.

Taxes – The price quoted is inclusive of GST

Order confirmation and shipping – An email will be sent on confirmation of the order and once the product is shipped to your address.

Exchanges and Returns – Sorry😊 we don’t offer cash refunds on the products sold. But we are happy to offer you an exchange or replacement if you

• Want a change in size

• Received a damaged product

• Actual product does not match the product description or colour or design

Please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product through email @ reachbutyfulme@gmail.com. Our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days to will guide you through the process of exchanging the product(s). We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. The initial shipping amount will not be refunded. We will take care of the shipping, when the exchanged product(s) is delivered to you.

ButyfulMe reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
