"You can make a dream dosa  in your kitchen. Masala Dosa, Onion uthapam, Ghee roast. Yes you can make it all. 

Quick tips : Iron dosa kal or Iron Dosa Tawa listens to you and gets used to you. train it and use it. Heat the dosa kal, sprinkle water, keep it in medium heat and spread the batter.

If the kadai/tawa  is too hot, the batter will stick and wont spread evenly. If not heated, dosa may not turn out as desired.

Suitable for Hotplate , gas stove and fire wood. Concave base for even heating of the sides

Seasoning Instructions : Oil has been applied on the kadai to keep it away from rust.


Before first time use, 

Day 1:

Soak the cookware in starch water for about 8-12 hours(water after washing rice grain or rice flour mixed with water)

Remember to keep the wooden handle out of the water while soaking.

Day 2:

Apply any vegetable oil like gingely, coconut,olive etc and heat it in low flame , fry an onion or potato and throw the same. Apply oil an leave on for 8-12 hours

Day 3:

Wash well and use. Every time you use it , you are seasoning it, older the cookware, better the output.


Do not use chemical based cleaner, instead you can use our organic Dish Wash Liquid
